The advantages and specifications are listed below.
The one-piece frame allows for easy installation and does not require the services of a technician or engineer.
The solid construction of the frame using tube and sheet creates a firm base which is lightweight and easily transportable, even when completely assembled.
The bridge is manufactured from one billet casting so as to prevent any distortion and therefore remains highly accurate under all ambient conditions.
The use of linier guides on the head for the z axis prevents any wear and therefore will operate accurately for many years to come.
The X and Y axis systems are completely submerged in oil and this allows a maintenance free operation which in turn allows trouble free production.
All interfaces are protected against operator negligence and therefore will protect both the work piece and the machine.
Production speed is of an average 6 meter per minute material dependent. (Granite 30mm)
Operating interface through a touch screen and remote control systems allow for easy understanding and ensures all persons can operate the machine without special training on AutoCAD and the likes.
All components have been selected on durability and not cost, this ensures the machine retains its reliability in the harshest conditions.
Our technical staff are very familiar with the machine and can resolve 90% of all problems over the telephone.
Warranty is 12 months unlimited on all components if installed by our technicians. Training and installation is done on purchase for free and will take 3-5 days. Flights and accommodation is for the purchaser’s expense only
Delivery 6-8 weeks for deposit of 50% and balance on completion FOB.
